30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your Sorevly order. If you're not, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. This policy applies to all customers, including the United States.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care items (e.g. eye masks worn, cupping sets used) can only be returned if defective.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

How to start a return

Email us at info@donjo.group with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in that case we cover it and will offer a replacement or full refund.

EU & UK customers — additional statutory right of withdrawal

The following applies only to consumers in the European Union or the United Kingdom (we are required by law to include this notice; it does not affect US orders): you additionally have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us within that period by a clear statement (e.g. email to info@donjo.group). We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, using your original payment method. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Our voluntary 30-day return policy above does not limit these statutory rights.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
